Mr. Uttam Kumer Sarker is a highly experienced training and capacity building specialist with a career spanning over 25 years. He has dedicated his career to waste, sanitation, and Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) for urban and rural local government, working extensively in this field to improve the lives and health of people in his community. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his expertise in designing and implementing as well as providing technical assistance and training to local government officials and community members. His deep knowledge of waste management, sanitation, and FSM has allowed him to develop effective strategies for improving the health and wellbeing of people in both urban and rural areas.
He has also worked extensively in the area of sanitation, developing strategies for improving sanitation infrastructure and promoting good hygiene practices. Throughout his career, he has been committed to capacity building, empowering local government officials and community members with the skills and knowledge needed to sustainably manage waste, improve sanitation, and implement FSM systems. Mizanur Rahaman is an International Business Development expert in both the corporate and development sector.
